- Genotype and management interactions in wheat for defining climate resilient systems in different ecologies
- Possibility of inducing draught tolerance in wheat cultivar using biofertilizers.
- Genotype x tillage interactions. - A thorough and extensive study to develop management packages for variable wheat cultivars under conservation tillage systems
Ongoing Projects:
- Exploiting phenology and adaptation to improve nitrogen use efficiency in wheat - a network project funded by DBT-BBSRC & NERC as a virtual centre on “Agricultural Nitrogen”. (as one of Co-PI’s)

- Evaluation of herbicide tolerant and insect resistant transgenic maize hybrids containing stacked events (TC 1507 x NK 603) – Biosafety Research Level – I, Funded by Pioneer Overseas Corporation, India
- Biosafety Research level – II Trial for transgenic double stacked corn hybrids (Mon 89034 x NK 603) during Kharif 2012 funded by Monsanto India Ltd.
