  1. Minimal and Non-thermal Food Processing Technology
  2. Design and Development of equipments related to post harvest technologies of crops

  • Application of pulsed electric field in raw milk and its effect on quality of select indigenous dairy products
  • Osmotic dehydration of plums with impregnation of calcium and ascorbic acid.
  • Application of pulsed electric field in aleo vera juice
  • Development of vegetable based edible flim
  • Development of herbal kefir
  • Development of coconut water-based popsicle
  • Development of millet-based beer and utilization of spent yeast
