1. Post-harvest handling and processing for value addition to agricultural produce by dehydration and freezing.
2. Design, Development and performance evaluation of solar hybrid dryer for spices and other produce.

Projects handled:

1. Establishment of common incubation centre for processing of guava and other fruits, oilseeds and spices at KVK Patiala under the PMFME scheme by Ministry of Food Processing Industries (Funding of Rs 345 Lakhs)
