2. Neutron Howitz NH11 source NH11 is a storage and experimental facility for use with Pu-Be and Am-Be neutron sources of strength upto 5 curies
3. 12C computing cluster part of Belle-2 computing grid

Its applications:

1. Calibration and performance demonstration of neutron detectors
2. Neutron activation and foil counting
3. Generation of appreciable quantities of radio isotopes

• Installation of SAS Software: Department is having SAS Software for Statistical analysis, which can be used by students/ trainees/researchers/scientists of P.A.U. for official/ research work. This software can be installed in a server or it can be installed on multiple official machines. This software has been procured under the NAIP Consortium on Strengthening Statistical Computing for NARS.(www.iasri.res.in/sscnars)
• Departmental computer laboratory have 15 computers with internet facilities and software (SPSS and SAS) for the use of students.
