Education: B.Sc. Punjab University, Chandigarh (2000); M.Sc. (Botany), PAU, Ludhiana (2003); Ph.D. (Botany), PAU, Ludhiana (2008).

Positions held: Assistant Professor, Department of Botany, College of Basic Sciences & Humanities, PAU Ludhiana (2014-2015), Assistant Plant Physiologist, PAU, Ludhiana (2015- till date)

Field of Specialization: Plant Physiology

1. Pre and post harvest management of cut flowers

2. Drying techniques for ornamental species for preparation of value added products
