Subject: Applications invited for repairable University House to be allotted out of Seniority.

It is stated that University house i.e. JLH-10 needs major repair thus required to be allotted out of seniority with certain conditions. It was decided in the House Allotment Committee Meeting held on January 30, 2014. Thus the that applications will be separately invited from the candidates among current seniority list effective from 01.01.2024. The senior most official who agrees to get house repaired at his/her own level, bear all the expenses and will not claim/ask any money from the University at any stage shall be allotted these houses. The original seniority list effective from 01.01.2024 of these type of houses will be not be disturbed as allotments are under process as per procedure in vogue. Service book of the concerned employee may also be attached.

Any teacher/employee who is interested in allotment of house from the above JLH house can apply in their respective Department up to 26.04.2024 and further send to this office alongwith Service Book by 30.04.2024. If so, necessary undertaking duly countersigned by the head/officers of the department may be given as per attached specimen. Applications received after 30.04.2024 shall not be considered.

The SDE (Mtc.) may be contacted for showing the houses for inspection.
