AUCTION NOTICE
The unserviceable store articles as per list enclosed will be sold through public auction on 14-05-2024 at 11.00 AM at teaching area of Department of Forestry & Natural Resources near Hostel no 8 of, PAU, Ludhiana as and where it is basis. The highest bidder will have to deposit full amount on the spot at the fall hammer and have to lift the auction material at the same time at their own cost. The material can be auctioned in single or in groups. The interested bidders are required to deposit Rs. 5000/- as security amount (Refundable) before the start of auction. The right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason lies with the auction committee.
The material can physically be checked during office hours on any working day in the department. The other terms and conditions will be announced at the time of auction.
