Applications are invited from the individuals/ organizations for allotment for running of a Canteen in Parker House, PAU Campus, PAU campus. Applications forms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day between 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. The applications, complete in every respect, should be sealed in an envelope and on the envelope application for Canteen should be mentioned in bold. Preference will be given to the persons/ parties who have experience for providing similar service to Universities/institution or Govt. Organizations with good reputation.

Allottee will have to deposit refundable security with the Estate Organization equivalent to six months license fee offered/decided in shape of demand draft in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana. The expenses, incurred for carrying out the repair/modification, if any, in the built up space in order to make it fully functional as a Canteen, will be borne by the allottee. The terms and conditions for allotment will be finalized while executing the Licence fee Agreement. Applications in sealed should reach the office of Estate officer, PAU on or before 25.06.2025. The sealed applications will be placed before the Business Advisory Committee. The committee will open the applications and decide the matter accordingly. The decision of committee will be final.
