The All India Coordinated Research Project (AICRP) on Post-harvest Engineering and Technology (PHET), Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), has added another feather to its cap by clinching the "Best Centre Award 2023-24." The scheme is operational in the Department of Processing and Food Engineering, PAU.

Dr Satbir Singh Gosal, Vice-Chancellor, PAU; Dr AS Dhatt, Director of Research; and Dr Tarsem Chand Mittal, Head, Department of Food Processing and Engineering, congratulated the AICRP team of PAU for this rare achievement and wished them all success in their upcoming endeavours.
