In a two-day event held on May 8th and 9th, 2024, PAU-KVK Bathinda organized a comprehensive in-service training session focusing on the significance of balanced diets tailored for various age groups. The training, attended by 25 dedicated Aganwari Workers, aimed to equip participants with the knowledge needed to understand how different dietary regimens across age demographics contribute to maintaining optimal nutrition levels for overall health and wellness.
During the sessions, participants were enlightened on the importance of incorporating healthy drinks and homemade sprouts into their daily routines, as demonstrated in practical sessions. Deputy Director (Training), Dr. Gurdep Singh, shed light on the pivotal role of KVK Bathinda in advancing the welfare of the farming community, emphasizing the holistic approach to health and nutrition.
