Sub: Appointment of Teaching Assistant (Chemistry) on contract basis at Institute of Agriculture, Gurdaspur.

One Teaching Assistant against the vacant post of Teaching Assistant (Chemistry) is to be engaged in the scheme, “Facilitating effective functioning at PAU, Misc.8 (PC-4715)” at the fixed salary of Rs. 25,000 per month for M.Sc.or Rs. 30,000/- p.m for Ph.D degree holder on contractual basis for six months with the following qualifications.

1. B.Sc. (Medical) / B.Sc. Agril. / B.Sc.(Hons.) in Chemistry with Second Division
2. M.Sc. Chemistry with minimum OCPA of 6.50 / 10.00 or 65% marks.
3. Matric level certificate of Punjabi language from Punjab School Education Board or any other recognized Board.
4. Age limit: 18 to 63 years.

The desirous candidates fulfilling the qualifications should send their application on plain paper complete in all respects along with attested copies of the testimonials and a Bank Draft of Rs. 200/- of any nationalized bank in the favour of “Comptroller, PAU” payable at Ludhiana to The Associate Dean, PAU, Institute of Agriculture, Gurdaspur – 143521 on or before 17-06-2022. The applications, received without fee / after the due date or incomplete application shall not be considered. All the original documents / certificates should be brought at the time of interview which will be conducted in office of The Dean, College of Agriculture, PAU, Ludhiana on 28-06-2022 at 11.00 a.m. No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview.

Note:

1. The Persons so appointed will have either to deposit one month salary or to submit one month notice or the salary for the period falling short of one month if he/she opts to quit the University service.
2. The service of the incumbent so appointed are liable to be terminated at any time without any prior notice.
