NOTICE

Applications are invited on the prescribed form available in the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs 200/- in shape of Bank draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm along with attested copies of certificates for one Research Assistant on contractual basis at FRS Jallowal – Lesriwal@ Rs.25,000/- p.m. (fixed) provided in the scheme, “Facilitating Effective Functioning at PAU, Misc.8 (PC-4715) Research for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier. The following qualifications are prescribed for the above post:-

1. B.Sc. Horticulture/ B.Sc. Agriculture/ B.sc Agriculture (Hons.)/ B.sc Biotechnology (Hons.) 4years/ B. Tech Biotechnology (Hons.) 4 years with minimum OCPA of 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% Marks.

2. Master’s degree in Fruit Science with at least 65% marks at Master`s level or OCPA of 6.50/10.00 at Master`s level.

3. Matric level certificate of Punjabi language from Punjab School Education Board or any other recognized Board (as first or second language).

The applications should reach in the office of Head, Deptt. of Fruit science, PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. by 20.06.2022. The incomplete applications will not be entertained. The candidates should appear for the interview on 04.07.2022 at 11.00 am in the office of the Head, Department of Fruit science, PAU, Ludhiana. The candidate should bring original certificates at the time of interview. No separate intimation for interview will be sent. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
