Applications are invited for filling up the post of Scientific Administrative Assistant/Field Worker on contract basis provided in the scheme “Mainstreaming sesame germplasm for productivity enhancement and sustainability through genomics assisted core development and trait discovery” under mission programme of “Minor Oilseeds of Indian Origin” CSS-24 (PC-6328)” @ Rs.18,000/- PM fixed + 16% HRA with the following qualification:

Proposed Qualifications:

• Essential Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline. (preferably Agriculture/Botany/Biochemistry).
• Knowledge of Punjabi upto Matric level.
• Desirable Qualification: Candidates having experience of lab and field work in relevant field shall be preferred.
• Age limit: 18 to 50 years.

The desirous candidate fulfilling the qualification/experience should send their application on plain paper complete in all respect along with attested copies of the testimonials and a Bank Draft of Rs. 200/- in favour of Comptroller, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana to this office on or before 15-07-2022. The application received after due date shall not be considered. The candidates should appear for interview on 26-07-2022 at 11.00 A.M. in the office of the undersigned. No separate information for interview will be sent. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
