Sub: Filling up the two position of Sr. Field Helper on contract basis at a fixed salary of Rs. 10,870/- per month.

Two post of Sr. Field Helper at the fixed salary of Rs. 10,870/- per month
(fixed) is to be filled up on contractual basis in the scheme " Management of herbicide resistance in Phalaris minor in wheat through popularization of pre-emergence weed control, Misc 114 (PC-5044)” (financed by GSP Crop Science Limited, Ahmedabad). The qualifications prescribed for the above post is as under:

Qualification:

1. 10+2 with Punjabi upto Matric level with four years experience as Field/Lab. Coordinator/ Jr. Field/Lab Helper.
   OR
   Matric with Punjabi with eight years experience as Field/Lab Coordinator/Jr. Field/Lab Helper
2. Age: 18 years to 63 years

Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates who are already assisting in the conduct of field experiment or handling of samples or laboratory analysis.

Note: 25% and 12% posts are reserved for candidates belonging to schedule caste/tribes and backward classes belonging to Punjab State respectively: 13% posts are reserved for Ex-serviceman and 3% posts are for physical handicapped persons.

The desirous candidates fulfilling the qualifications/experience should send their applications on the prescribed proforma obtainable from the office Room no. 112 of this department against the payment of Rs. 150/- in the shape of bank draft in favour of Comptroller, PAU Ludhiana to this office on or before 22.07.2022. They should appear before the selection committee along with original copies of the testimonials on 29.07.2022 at 11.00 A.M in the office of the undersigned. No TA/DA will be given for that day.

Applications received after the due date/receive without the application fee shall not be considered. This department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transits.

The services of the incumbent are liable to be terminated at any time without any notice.
