Notice

Applications are invited for two positions of Young Professionals-I (YP-I) on contractual basis at a fixed salary of Rs.25000/- per month consolidated provided in the scheme entitled “Promotion on Agricultural Mechanization for In-Situ Management of Crop Residue, ICAR-121 (PC-2494)”.

Essential qualifications:

1. B.Sc Agriculture(Hons.)/Diploma in relevant Agricultural Science/Engineering Technology.

2. Punjabi upto Matric level.

3. Age not less than 21 years and not more than 45 years.

The desirous candidates fulfilling the qualifications should send their applications on plain paper complete in all respects along with self attested copies of the testimonials and demand draft of Rs.150/- in favour of Comptroller, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana to this office on or before 16.09.2022 upto 4.00 p.m. The candidates should appear before the selection committee on 28.09.2022 at 11.00 a.m. in the office room of undersigned. No separate information in this regard will be sent. While appearing before the selection committee, the candidates should produce their original documents. No T.A./D.A. will be admissible for the purpose.

The position is purely temporary and initially for a period of six months which may be extended for a further period of six months. The services of the incumbent are liable to be terminated at any time without any notice.
