NOTICE

Applications are invited for engagement of Multi Tasking Assistant in Communication Centre, PAU at a fixed salary of Rs. 14,363/- per month on contractual basis, initially for a period of six months or till the termination of scheme whichever is earlier provided in the scheme, “Facilitating effective funtioning at PAU, Misc.8 (PC-4715)”.

Essential qualifications:-

1. 10+2.
2. Diploma in Cinematography/Film making/3D Animation and Visual effects/ Video editing with 4 years experience in relevant field from recognized institution.
   Or
   Graduation in Cinematography/Film making/3D Animation and Visual effects/Video editing with 2 years experience in relevant field from recognized institution.
3. Knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric Level.
4. Age limit from 18 to 37 years.

Desirable qualifications:-

Audio/Video recording, editing and post production activities.

Note: 1 . Experience of working in recognized institution will be as considered.

Practical Test for the post of Multi Tasking Assistant will be under:-

One project assigned for the duration of 3 hrs which include

1. Capturing
2. Scripting
3. Editing
4. Voice Over

The minimum qualifying marks for candidates to become eligible shall be 40 % of total marks in the practical test irrespective of the category.

Note: 2 ½ mark for each completed half year of technical experience in relevant field over and above the minimum required experience , if any will be awarded.

(Experience will be counted after four years completion, if candidate is Diploma holder and experience will be counted after two years, if candidate is graduate.)

The desirous candidates fulfilling the required qualifications for the above mentioned post may apply in the attached application form along with prescribed Fee of Rs. 100/- in the shape of Bank Draft in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana payable at Ludhiana and send the same to the Additional Director Communication, Ludhiana by 06.10.2022.

Note : Applications received after the due date/received without the application fee/incomplete applications shall not be considered. The University shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit. The position is purely temporary and the services of the incumbent are liable to be terminated at any time without any notice.
