Applications are invited for filling up the post of Scientific Administrative Assistant/Field Worker on contract basis provided in the scheme “Exploiting Genetic Diversity for Improvement of Safflower through Genomics-assisted Discovery of QTLs/Genes Associated with Agronomic Traits” under mission programme of “Minor Oilseeds of Indian Origin” CSS-27 (PC-6327)” @ Rs.18,000/- PM fixed + 16% HRA with the following qualification:

Proposed Qualifications:

1. Essential Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline. (preferably Agriculture/Botany/Biochemistry).

2. Knowledge of Punjabi upto Matric level.

3. Desirable Qualification: Candidates having experience of lab and field work in relevant field shall be preferred.

4. Age limit: 18 to 50 years.

The desirous candidate fulfilling the qualification/experience should send their application on plain paper complete in all respect along with attested copies of the testimonials and a Bank Draft of Rs. 200/- in favour of Comptroller, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana to this office on or before 28-10-2022. The application received after due date shall not be considered. The candidates should appear for interview on 15-11-2022 at 11.00 A.M. in the office of the undersigned. No separate information for interview will be sent. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
