Subject: Regarding filling up two posts of Jr. Field/Lab Helper on Contract basis at a fixed salary of Rs. 9193/- per month at Fruit Research Station, Gangian, Dasuya

Applications are invited for the filling up of two posts of Jr. Field/Lab Helper at the fixed salary of Rs. 9193/- per month on contractual basis in the scheme “Facilitating Effective Functioning at PAU, Misc-8 (PC-4715)”. The qualifications prescribed for the aforesaid post are as under:

Qualification : Middle with Punjabi

Age : 18 years to 63 years

Desirable : Preference will be given to the candidates who have been working as DPL in the respective fields in PAU for 10 years.

Note: 25% and 12% posts are reserved for candidates belonging to scheduled caste/tribes and backward classes belonging to Punjab state respectively; 13% posts are reserved for ex-servicemen and 3% posts are reserved for physically handicapped persons.

The desirable candidates fulfilling the above qualifications/experience should send their applications on plain paper, complete in all respects, alongwith attested copies of the testimonials and a bank draft for Rs.100/- drawn in favour of the Comptroller, PAU payable at Ludhiana to this office on or before 02.12.2022 at 4.00 p.m. They should appear before the selection committee for the verification of documents on 16.12.2022 at 11.00 a.m. in the office of undersigned. No separate letter for document verification will be issued. The certificate & marksheets in original should also be brought at the time of verification of documents. No TA/DA will be given.

The applications received after the due date/received without application fee shall not be considered. The department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit. The services of the incumbent are liable to be terminated at any time without any prior notice.
