Subject: Extension in last date of receipt of applications for filling up the one post of Pulse Technology Agent (PTA) on contractual basis at a fixed salary of Rs. 10,000/- per month (including ESI & EPF).

Applications are invited for the one post of pulse technology agent (PTA) at Krishi Vigyan Kendra Langroya, Distt. S.B.S. Nagar at fixed salary of Rs. 10,000/- per month (including ESI & EPF and any change from time to time) on contractual basis under the scheme “Cluster Frontline Demonstrations of Rabi Pulses, ICAR-96(PC-2348) at KVK, Langroya, District-Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar upto 31.03.2023 or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier, possessing the following qualifications:

Pulse Technology Agent should be:

1. Having knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric level
2. B.Sc. (Agriculture)/Higher qualification
3. Having knowledge of pulse crops
4. Having experience related to field
5. Age 18 years to 37 years

The desirous candidates fulfilling the above qualifications/experience should send their applications on plain paper complete in all respect along with attested copies of the testimonials and a bank draft of Rs 200/- in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana payable at Ludhiana to undersigned the Deputy Director (Trg.), Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Langroya, District-Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. The last date of receipt of applications was29.11.2022upto 5.00 P.M., which was extended upto 05.12.2022 till 5.00 P.M.andnow it is further extended upto12.12.2022 till 5.00 P.M.due to some administrative reasons. The applications received without fees or received after due date shall not be considered. This department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transits. The verification of the documents and suitability of the candidates will be held on 13.12.2022 at 11.00 A.M. in the Directorate of Extension Education, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. The original copies of the testimonials should be brought at the time of verification. No TA/DA will be given for attending the verification.
