Notice

Applications are invited for filling up the post of Young Professional - I on contract basis provided in the scheme, “Research and Development on Biomass Properties/characteristics (Activity: 20 & 30).” at a fixed salary of Rs. 25000/- p.m. with the following qualifications:

1. B.Tech. Degree in Agricultural Engineering/ Renewable Energy Technology/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum OCPA of 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% Marks.
2. Age minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years
3. Knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric Level

Note-1: Desirable qualifications:

B. Tech in Agricultural Engineering.

The desirous candidates fulfilling the qualifications/ experience should send their applications on plain paper complete in all respect along with attested copies of the testimonials and Bank Draft of Rs. 200/- in favour of Comptroller, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana to this office on or before 22.12.2022, 05:00 PM by Post or by hand. The candidate should appear before the selection committee along with original copies of the testimonials for document verification on 09.01.2023 at 10:00 AM in the office of the undersigned. No separate letter for the verification of documents will be issued. No TA/ DA will be given for this.

The applications received after due date shall not be considered. This department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit.

The tenure of the vacancy is for six months which is likely to be extended on the performance of the incumbent. The services of the incumbent are likely to be terminated at any time without any notice.
