NOTICE

Applications are invited on the prescribed form along with the application fee of Rs. 100/- in shape of Bank Draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. along with attested copies of certificates for the post of Junior Typing Assistant @ Rs. 10,688/- per month fixed provided in the scheme entitled, “Facilitating Effective Functioning at PAU, Misc-8 (PC-4715)” for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier.

Essential Qualifications:-

1. The applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor from a recognized university.
2. He /She should have passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the subject.
3. He/She should have knowledge of typing in English or Punjabi.
4. He/ She should have knowledge in operation of computers.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of stenography in English or Punjabi

Age 18 to 45 years

This engagement is purely temporary and initially awarded for a period of six months which may be extended for a further period of six months at a time or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier.

The last date for the receipt of applications duly complete in all respects in this office is 09.01.2023. The incomplete applications unsupported by the requisite documents will not be entertained. The candidates should appear before the selection committee for interview on 18.01.2023 at 11.00 a.m. in the office of the undersigned. No separate letter for interview will be issued. The original copies of the testimonials should also be brought at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

The Junior Typing Assistant resigning the engagement shall have to give one month notice or one month salary in lieu of one month notice. However, this will not hold good in respect of other assignments in the PAU.
