Subject: Filling up of one post of Maintenance Assistant (Plumber) on contract basis at a fixed salary of Rs.11585/- per month provided in the scheme, “Facilitating effective functioning at PAU, Misc.8 (PC-4715)”.
Applications on the plain paper with complete bio-data are invited for filling up of one post of Maintenance Assistant (Plumber) on contract basis at a fixed salary of Rs.11585/- per month, initially upto March 2023, in the scheme, “Facilitating effective functioning at PAU, Misc.8 (PC-4715)”. The qualifications/Experience prescribed for the post are as under:-
- Matric with Punjabi having I.T.I. Trade Certificate in Plumber with 2 years experience as Helper to Plumber.
OR
Matric with Punjabi having 3 years experience as Helper to Plumber.
- Age: 18 years to 63 years
Note: Middle/Illiterate candidates with 12 years experience can also be considered for appointment to the above mentioned post, if the person(s) with prescribed qualifications does not apply.

Note: 25% and 12% posts are reserved for candidates belonging to scheduled castes/tribes & backward classes belonging to Punjab State respectively. 13% posts are reserved for Ex-servicemen and 4% posts are reserved for physically handicapped persons.
The desirable candidates fulfilling the above qualifications/experience should send their applications on plain paper, complete in all respects alongwith attested copies of the certificates/ testimonials and a Bank Draft of Rs. 150/- in favour of Comptroller, PAU payable at Ludhiana to this office on or before 13.02.2023. The candidates must mention their complete address and mobile number in the application.
The applications received after the due date/ received without the application fee shall not be considered. The department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit. The services of the incumbent are liable to be terminated at any time without any prior notice.
