NOTICE

Applications are invited on prescribed form along with the application fee of Rs. 200/- in shape of online payment on any working day from 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana along with attested copies of certificates for these position in projects as given below:

Two positions of Jr. Research Fellow @ Rs. 31,000/- per month fixed + 16% HRA in the Project entitled “Genetic transformation of PAP1 gene in american cotton accessions coker 312 and PAU Bt 1 for developing coloured cotton” Misc-(FC-6) (PC-5539)”

Educational qualifications:

1. B. Sc. with minimum OCPA 6.00/10.00 or 60% marks.
2. M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Genetics/Plant Breeding/ Plant Breeding & Genetics/Life Sciences with at last 6.50/ 10.00 OCPA or 65% marks.

Note-I The Candidates who does not possess Master’s degree in the relevant subject but possess Ph.D. degree in the discipline required at Master’s level, shall be eligible for the post.

Note-II Applicants having post graduate degree in subject mentions above, but having Bachelor degree with three years must have passed the NET by ARS, DBT, CSIT/UGC NET of GATE.

Details for the payment of online application fee-

The last date for the receipt of applications (duly completed in all respects) in this office is 06.04.2023. Incomplete applications or unsupported by the requisite documents will not be entertained. The candidate should appear for interview on 13.04.2023 at 11.00 A.M. in the office of undersigned. Only selected candidates will be informed through email. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The application form is available at PAU website www.pau.edu.
