NOTICE

Application on the prescribed proforma is invited for the one post of Teaching Assistant @Rs. 35,000/- per month fixed in the scheme entitled, “Self Financing Scheme”, No. 4 (PC-3039) with the following qualifications:-

1. Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Agricultural Engineering/Aerospace Engineering/Information Technology /Computer Science Engg/Electronics & Communication/Civil Engg/ Water Resources Engg/Mining Engg /Mineral Engg/Petroleum Engg/ B.Sc. (Hons) Agri 4 year

OR

Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences/Earth Sciences/ Geography/ Geology/ Physics/ Mathematics/Computer Sciences/ Information Technology

2. Master’s degree in Remote Sensing & GIS/ Geo-Informatics.
3. At least 60% marks at Bachelor’s level and 65% marks or OCPA of 6.50 out of 10.0 at Master’s level.
4. Matric level certificate of Punjabi language from Punjab School Education Board or any other recognized Board as first or second language.

The amount of first full month of salary payable to the Teaching Assistant will be kept as security with the University and it will be paid to him/her as and when he/she leave the job after giving the requisite one month’s notice or deposit the amount of one month salary.

The engagement will purely be on temporary basis for a period up to six months from the date of appointment. Eligible candidates may apply on the prescribed proforma giving full particulars supported by attested copies of Certificates/Degree/Testimonials by 10.07.2023 and appear for interview on 12.07.2023 at 10.00 AM in the office of the undersigned. No separate information for interview will be sent. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Note: The application form for the above said post may be obtained from the office of the undersigned by submitted a Bank draft of Rs. 200/- issued in the favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana.
