Subject: Filling up the post of Teaching Assistant on contract basis at a fixed salary of Rs.35,000/- per month for Master's and Rs. 40,000/- per month for Ph.D. degree holders.

One post of Teaching Assistant on contract basis at a fixed salary of Rs. 35,000/- per month forMaster's. degree and Rs.40,000/- per month for Ph.D. degree holders initially for a period of six months is to be filled up in the School of Business Studies, PAU, Ludhiana in the scheme, "Self financing programme in College of Agriculture, SFS-1, (PC-3036.1)". The qualifications prescribed for the post are as under:-

1. Graduate in any field of Agricultural Science or allied subjects (Food Technology)/ Biotechnology/ Dairy Technology/ Fisheries/ Forestry, Agri. Engg. / Veterinary Science/ Agri-Business/ Home Science (4/6 year duration)/ B.Sc. (Agri-MaCo) or graduate in any discipline.
2. Master's degree in MBA or MBA (AB).
3. At least second division at Bachelor's level and 65% marks or OCPA of 6.50. out of 10.00 at Master's level.
4. Must have passed Matric level certificate of Punjabi language from Punjab School Education Board or any other recognized board (as first or second language).

Desirable: Experience in relevant field.

Note: The candidate without Matric level certificate of Punjabi language from Punjab School Education Board or any other recognized board would only be considered/ appointed provided no candidate with this qualification is available.

The desirous candidates fulfilling the qualifications/experience should send their applications on plain paper complete in all respect alongwith attested copies of the testimonials and bank draft amounting to Rs.200/- in favour of Comptroller, PAU, to this office on or before 21.07.2023 by 02.00 p.m.The incomplete applications unsupported by the requisite documents will not be entertained. The date of interview will be intimated later on PAU website i.e. www.pau.edu. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

The services of the incumbent are liable to be terminated at any time without any notice.
