NOTICE

Application are invited for filling up the post of Multi Tasking Assistant (MTA) on contract basis provided in the scheme, “Biogas Development Training Centre (BDTC)” under the “New National Biogas and Organic Manure Programme (NNBOMP)”, CSS – 81 (PC – 6005) at a fixed salary of @ Rs. 20,000/- per month + HRA ( as per Govt. norms) with the following qualifications :

1. Any Degree in relevant subject at least in Second Division with experience of 3 years in handling multiple tasks including office and accounts related work and skilful in computer operations.
2. Matric level certificate of Punjabi from recognized institute.
3. Age not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years.

Desirable:-

Experience for preparation of Progress Report of BDTC AICRP on EAAI, CRP on EA Documentation of Renewable Energy ( Biogas Technology) Detailed Project Reports ( DPRs) entries in website of Public Financial Management System (PFMS) Expenditure Filing Module ( EAT Module) and Field Work for installation dissemination/ operation and maintenance related to Biogas plants.

The desirous candidate fulfilling the qualifications / experience should send their applications on plain paper complete in all respect along with attested copes of the testimonials and a Bank Draft of Rs. 200/- in favour of Comptroller, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana to this office on or before 21.12.2023. The applications received after due date shall not be considered. The candidates eligible for interview will be informed separately. The original copies of the testimonials should also be brought at the time of interview. No TA / DA will be given for attending the interview. The tenure of the vacancy is for six months which is likely to be extended on the performance of the incumbent.
