Notice

Applications are invited for three positions of Field Investigators @ Rs 30,000/- pm fixed provided in the scheme “Impact evaluation of watershed Development and micro irrigation components of PM Krishi Sinchai Yojana in select areas of Punjab & Haryana” CSS-88,(PC-6411) on plain paper along with the detail of qualification, experience, other relevant information and demand draft of Rs.200/- in favour of the Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana. The complete applications should reach in the o/o The Head, Department of Extension Education, PAU, Ludhiana by 18.12.2023 at 5.00 pm. The interview of the candidates will be held on 20.12.2023 at 11:00 AM in the o/o the undersigned. The candidate must bring all original documents for verification. No separate information for interview will be sent, No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The positions are purely temporary and will be awarded for a period of maximum three months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier. The services of the incumbent(s) are liable to be terminated at any time without any notice.

Qualifications:

1. B.Sc (Agriculture) with minimum OCPA of 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% marks.
2. M.Sc in Extension Education/ Agricultural Extension Education/ Agri Economics with at least OCPA 6.50/ 10.00 basis or 65% marks.

Note-I : The candidate who does not possess Master’s degree in the relevant subject but possesses Ph.D in the discipline required at Master’s level, shall be eligible for the post.

Note-II: Desirable: knowledge regarding MS Office and other computer applications.
