NOTICE

One post of Junior Research Fellow @ Rs. 37000/- per month + 9% HRA is to be filled up on Contractual basis upto 31.03.2024 or till the termination of the project whichever is earlier. The desirous candidates fulfilling the qualifications should send their applications to Director, Regional Research Station, Bathinda on plain paper complete in all respects giving bio data along with attested copies of the testimonials and a Bank Draft Rs.200/- in favour of “Comptroller PAU”, payable at Bathinda on or before 19/03/2024. The incomplete applications/applications received without fee/after due date shall not be considered. The interested candidates should appear before the selection committee for interview on 21/03/2024 at 11.00 am in the office of Director, Regional Research Station, Bathinda. No separate letter for interview will be issued. The original copies of the testimonials should also be brought at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview.   1. B.Sc(Agri /B.Sc Medical/Non- Medical/ Food Science/ Biochemistry/Food Science and Nutrition/ Food Scinece and Technology/food Process engineering / Bioprocess and Food engineering with minimum OCPA 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% Marks.
  2. M.Sc in Biochemistry / Food Science / food Science and Nutrition / Food Science and Technology /Food process Engineering /Bioprocess and Food Engineering with Minimum OCPA 6.50/10.00 bassis or 65% Marks.
  3. NET/ NET-LS/GATE/ other National Level Tests conducted by central government departments and their agencies

Note 1)The candidate who does not possess Master’s degree in the relevant subject, but possesses Ph.D Degree in the discipline required at Master’s level, shall be eligible for the post

Note 2) Preference will be given to candidates having holding the Experience of Physico- chemical analysis of food products.

Note 3)The candidate who possess Ph.D Degree shall be exempted from NET/ NET-LS/GATE/ other National Level Tests conducted by central government departments and their agencies

Job responsibilities:

  1. To conduct the research works in field and lab as per the technical programme of the project.
  2. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
